Australian Coffee Shop

In July 2022, during the Chinese summer, we received a collaboration inquiry from an Australian coffee chain. The client needed customized POS machines for their stores, specifically designed for coffee shop checkout scenarios. Australia's diverse climate, with hot summers in some areas and high humidity along the coast, combined with the steamy environment of coffee shops and the potential for coffee splatter, necessitated equipment with excellent dustproof, moisture-proof, and high-temperature resistance.

Based on the client's needs, we recommended the ABS8000 model, featuring a metal body and excellent heat dissipation. This model boasts a simple design and high durability. We assisted the client in completing professional-grade dustproof, moisture-proof, and high-temperature/humidity operation tests. To meet Australia's stringent tax compliance requirements, we integrated a local tax interface into the equipment, ensuring full compatibility with the client's self-developed coffee shop management software (including membership systems and food delivery platform integration). After the sample machine was shipped, the client conducted six months of on-site testing in their stores, verifying the system's stability during peak order processing, kitchen display integration, and payment integration.

In April 2023, we successfully signed a bulk order contract with the client for 2,000 units, with an overall procurement cycle of 24 months. This collaboration has established a strong relationship of trust between the two parties, thereby expanding the potential for future cooperation in the Australia and New Zealand markets.
