Philippine Cake Shop

In July 2023, we received a collaboration inquiry from a chain cake shop in the Philippines. The client needed customized POS machines for their stores, specifically designed for cake shop transactions. Located in the tropics, the Philippines experiences high temperatures, heavy rainfall, and high humidity year-round. Cake shop kitchens often have splattered cream and icing, creating a sticky environment, making the equipment's dustproof, moisture-proof, oil-proof, and high-temperature resistant performance extremely demanding.

To meet the client's needs, we recommended the ABS1900 model, featuring a metal body and excellent sealing. This model boasts a refined design and is durable and reliable. We assisted the client in completing professional-grade dustproof, moisture-proof, oil-proof, and high-temperature/humidity operation tests. To comply with the Philippine Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) electronic POS compliance requirements, we integrated a local tax certification module into the device, ensuring full compatibility with the client's self-developed cake shop management software. After the sample machine was sent, the client conducted six months of on-site testing in their stores, verifying the system's stability in high-humidity environments.

In April 2024, we successfully signed a bulk order contract with the client for 1000 units, with an overall procurement cycle of 18 months. Through this collaboration, the two parties established a strong relationship of trust, thereby expanding the possibility of future cooperation in the Southeast Asian market.
