A: If the issue is not caused by human-induced damage, we offer an 18-month free warranty. After the warranty period expires, we will continue to provide service, though a reasonable fee for spare parts or repairs will apply.

A: DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, as well as other air and sea freight options, are all available; we can arrange any shipping method according to your requirements.

A: The lead time for samples and small orders is 3–7 business days; for large-volume orders, please contact the seller to confirm the delivery time.

Q: Can you provide OEM or ODM services for the products?

A: Provided that customers meet the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ), we can offer both OEM and ODM products. Additionally, we have engineers available to design logos and products for our clients.
