We received a collaboration inquiry from a German fast-food chain. The client needed customized POS machines for their stores, specifically designed for fast-food checkout scenarios. Germany's windy climate and cold winters, coupled with the greasy and high-frequency use of the fast-food restaurant's kitchen environment, necessitated stringent requirements for the equipment's dustproof, low-temperature resistance, and durability.
To meet the client's needs, we recommended the ABS6000 model, featuring a robust metal chassis. This model not only boasts an attractive appearance but also exceptional durability. We assisted the client in completing professional-grade dustproof, oil-proof, and low-temperature operation tests. Furthermore, to comply with German POS security regulations, we integrated a TSE tax security module into the device, ensuring full compatibility with the client's self-developed chain fast-food management software. After sending the prototype, the client conducted six months of on-site testing in their stores, verifying the system's stability in scenarios such as takeout order aggregation and kitchen screen synchronization.
Through this collaboration, both parties established a strong relationship of trust, expanding the potential for future cooperation in other European markets.
