Our hardware is OS-agnostic and pairs seamlessly with your existing POS software — it supports Windows 10/11 IoT, Android (8.0 to 13+), and major Linux distributions, with standard OPOS/UPOS drivers for compatibility with leading POS vendors. For Android deployments, GMS-certified builds are available to suit regional and app requirements. On payments, our terminals support contactless/NFC payment, so customers can pay with Google Pay and Apple Pay as well as bank cards — giving your store a complete, future-ready checkout experience.

What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
We can accept sample orders, with no minimum order quantity.

Can you provide OEM or ODM services for the products?
Provided that customers meet the Minimum Order Quantity (MO0), we can offer both OEM and oDM products. Additionaly, we haveengineers available to design logos and products for our clients.

What is the delivery time?
The lead time for samples and smallorders is 3-7 business days; for large- volume orders, please contact the seller to confirm the delivery time.

What are the shipping methods?
DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, as wellas other air and sea freight options, are all avallable; we can arrange any shipping method according to your requirements.

What warranties and after-sales services do you provide?
If the issue is not caused by human -induced damage, we offer an 18-month free warranty. After the warranty period expires, we wil continue to provide service, though a reasonable fee for spare parts or repairs will apply.

Can you accept custom logos?
Yes, we accept custom logos; however, the order quantity must meet our Minimum Order Quantity (MoQ). For further detalls, please contact us.
